Lead and manage firmwide HR operations, ensuring policies, procedures, and programs align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and retention initiatives to support strategic growth.
Assess workforce planning needs, monitor staffing levels.
Manage employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including leave administration and regulatory requirements.
Partner with leadership on benefits administration, compensation matters, reporting, and HR-related financial analysis.
Maintain accurate job descriptions and support the integration of new attorneys and staff into the Firm.
Prior experience in a law firm environment is required.
