Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations and supporting the development and execution of people strategies that align with organizational goals. This role will manage key HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition support, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. In addition, this position will partner with leaders across the organization to drive employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and support workforce planning initiatives.

Here's what you'll do:

• Collaborate with mid-level leaders to identify business opportunities related to the talent cycle, including headcount planning, talent acquisition, performance management, development, and more.
• Influence leadership decisions concerning people matters to ensure they align with overall business goals.
• Partner with HR centers of excellence to identify trends and inform strategic HR initiatives.
• Consult with subject matter experts to address challenges affecting business performance.

• Identify and analyze business issues, evaluate data, and develop effective solutions.
• Establish strong connections with leaders and team members at all levels.
• Clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences through various channels.
• Possess a strong understanding of adult development, learning, and performance improvement principles.
• Maintain proficiency in U.S. labor laws and relevant state regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
