As Human Resources Manager, you'll partner with leadership to recruit, develop, and retain an exceptional workforce while helping create a culture where employees feel respected, supported, and connected to the organization's mission.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day Human Resources function.
  • Partner with leaders on employee relations and performance management.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
  • Oversee benefits administration, HR policies, and personnel records.
  • Assist with compensation planning and workforce development.
  • Foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.

What You'll Bring

  • Healthcare Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Experience with employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and HR operations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leaders throughout the organization.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
