Role Overview The Human Resources Manager serves as the onsite HR leader for Mitsubishi Power Americas Orlando Service Center, a dynamic advanced manufacturing facility supporting more than 350 employees engaged in turbine component manufacturing and repair. This role begins as highly tactical and operational, focused on optimizing HR processes for consistency, compliance, and scalability, and evolves into a strategic business partner role as the HR function matures.
The HR Manager provides leadership to onsite HR Generalists and a Recruiter, acts as the escalation point for complex HR matters, and partners closely with site and enterprise HR leadership.
