Oxford Solutions is working with a growing organization seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support day-to-day HR operations and partner with leadership across multiple areas of the business. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with employees and management while helping drive positive workplace initiatives and operational consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and employees to support a productive and positive work environment
  • Provide guidance related to company policies, employee concerns, and workplace practices
  • Support performance management, employee development, and organizational initiatives
  • Assist with employee communications, policy interpretation, and HR best practices
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and employee engagement efforts
  • Support HR compliance activities and maintain accurate employee documentation
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and ongoing HR projects
  • Help promote consistency across HR programs, procedures, and employee experiences

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; HR certification preferred
  • 5-8+ years of progressive human resources experience
  • Prior experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations preferred
  • Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, corporate, or multi-site environments is a plus
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compliance standards
