    Triad Machinery is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Human Resources Manager at our Portland, Oregon branch.

    Job Overview:                                                                                              
    • All aspects of recruitment and hiring processes
    • On-boarding and off-boarding processes
    • Employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors, investigating and resolving any employee concerns
    • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
    • Identifies and coordinate company-level training requirements
    • Maintains accurate applicant and employee records
    • Assists employees with all benefit programs, coordinating the benefits open enrollment cycle
    • Manages the full-cycle, semi-monthly payroll process.
     
    Job Qualifications:
    • 4 Year College Degree, Human resource Management or related field
    • Prefer 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management role
    • Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR credential is a plus
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
    • This is an in-office position with occasional travel
