The HR Manager play a crucial role in guiding our HR operations and ensuring a positive employee experience. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this position will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

\nOn-call availability required, 24/7, as this is a leadership role supporting operations
\nthat run around the clock

\nResponsibilities
\nJob Tasks/Duties (not all inclusive):
\nAdministers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.
\nParticipates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
\nPerforms routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
\nConducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, and temporary
\nemployees;
\nconducts new-employee orientations;
\nmonitors career-pathing program; and
\nwrites and places advertisements.
\nHandles employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.
\nParticipates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as
\nneeded/requested.
\nAssists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
\nMaintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
\nMaintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, prescreening and interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
\nAssist to investigate complaints brought forward by employees with the General Counsel.
\nCoordinate employee development plans and performance management.
