Human Resources Manager
What We Look For
- Experience: 6+ years in HR (heavy recruiting and employee relations focus).
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing HR staff and coaching employees at all levels.
- Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and solid financial/risk analysis understanding.
- Tech: Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and WebEx.
What You'll Do
- Lead Teams: Manage HR Administrators and Generalists while developing department goals.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee counseling, conflict resolution, and recruiting/hiring.
- Compliance & Audits: Maintain the employee handbook, run routine plant tours, and audit HR records.
- Legal Support: Manage unemployment responses, attend hearings, and partner with in-house counsel.
- Strategic Partnership: Advise leadership on sensitive issues and drive continuous process improvements.
