We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Manager's Assistant to support our HR department with administrative tasks.
In this role, you will assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and maintaining employee records.
You will serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, ensure policy adherence, participate in job fairs, and help boost employee morale through team activities.
Additional responsibilities include following up on patient reviews, addressing grievances, and other duties as needed.
Requirements include an associate degree (bachelor's preferred), HR or administrative experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and HR software, discretion, organization, and multitasking abilities.
This full-time position is Monday to Friday, requiring travel to multiple clinics (Edinburg, McAllen, Rio, Roma).
