Job Summary

The HR Manager will lead day-to-day human resources operations with a strong focus on employee relations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role supports leaders, handles complex employee matters, and ensures HR practices align with organizational policies and employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Partner with leadership on performance management, coaching, and employee concerns
• Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Oversee and support HR staff and team operations
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
• Support initiatives related to employee engagement and retention

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong background in employee relations and investigations
• Experience coaching leaders and managing workplace conflict
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare, nonprofit, or multi-site environment
• Experience supporting frontline workforce populations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95680.00 - $95680.00/yr.
