Midas Hospitality is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team at our Central Office in St. Louis, MO. This individual would join the current team members in assisting the hotels in the Midas Hospitality portfolio with all of their human resource functions, including but not limited to: employee relations, benefits administration, policies, compliance, recruiting, hiring and termination.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assist in creation, updating and administration of New Hire Onboarding process
  • Complete employment verification requests; assist properties with unemployment claims
  • Compile (with property assistance) necessary documentation for terminations and unemployment claims and submit to vendor in timely manner
  • Determination and facilitation of FMLA or other related leave programs
  • Assist with Performance Review and compensation process for hotel associates
  • Employee Relations - All relevant HR support to ROLs, GMs and employees as needed
  • Creation and delivery of HR-related webinars and training programs

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, HR or relevant field of study or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years' of progressive experience in HR field, preferably with multiple entities.
