The Human Resources Manager position requires a Bachelor's degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university, with at least five years of experience/training, or an equivalent combination.
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and knowledgeable of local, state, and federal employment laws.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS, I-9 procedures, performance appraisals, employee relations, and conflict management is essential.
Responsibilities include recruiting, managing benefits, coaching and training employees, motivating a diverse workforce, ensuring legal compliance, overseeing performance evaluations, resolving employee issues, collaborating on compensation, and providing HR reports.
Partnering with management to drive organizational improvement and change is also key.
