Tutta Bella is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team! The Human Resources Manager plays a key role in maintaining compliance with employment regulations and supporting the values and culture of Tutta Bella. They both directly provide HR services and collaborate with other leaders, managers and third-party administrators to deliver a complete function. This role operates as a department of one, responsible for all HR functions across the organization and is responsible for administering HR policies, practices and programs while providing guidance and support to employees and managers. The HR Manager will partner with leadership to align the company's people strategy with its business objectives. Key areas of focus include HR compliance, employee relations, talent management, payroll, benefits and leave administration, training support, and reinforcing Tutta Bella's culture and values.
