Position Summary
This position is for employment with NYK Group Americas Inc.
The Human Resources Manager provides leadership and oversight of the organization’s HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, total rewards, compliance, and HR operations.
This role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives, enhance organizational effectiveness, and ensure a consistent and compliant employee experience.
The HR Manager also collaborates with global stakeholders to support enterprise-wide initiatives and align HR practices with U.S. employment laws and local requirements.
This position requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Compensation: 110,000-140,000
