Requirements for the Human Resources Manager
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and HR best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to analyze issues and make sound business decisions
- Professional certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus

Human Resources Manager Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to support company goals and HR initiatives
- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts and workforce planning
- Oversee employee onboarding and training programs
- Process bi-weekly payroll, including auditing time records and payroll reconciliation
- Maintain employee records and process HRIS updates
- Administer attendance, leave of absence, and workers' compensation programs
- Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
- Track and report HR metrics and department performance measures
- Assist with site-specific projects, reports, and business initiatives

- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
