4. Responsibility Summary
Under the strategic direction of the Director of HR & GA, the HR Manager is a key role leading people-centered HR operations — including Talent Development, Learning & Development (L&D), Employee Engagement (Organizational Culture), HR Compliance, Social Audit, HR projects, and HR System Implementation (HRIS).
This position is responsible for executing and embedding the company’s HR strategy across the organization, partnering closely with each department to elevate the Employee Experience and support sustainable organizational growth. The HR Manager also leads key projects to build the HR system and shape a digital HR environment, supporting HR operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
