Human Resources Manager (Trucking)

A leading corporation in the broader Knoxville region is seeking an experienced HR leader for its Transportation sector. This role involves the management of compliance processes including Driver Background Checks, Medical Screenings, and DOT Physical examinations. Key responsibilities include spearheading the recruitment process, onboarding new drivers, and the oversight of employee benefit programs. You'll also focus on creating initiatives for employee retention, development, and training.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree coupled with PHR or SPHR credentials. Proven expertise in FMCSA Compliance and maintaining Driver Qualification documentation is essential. A background in the Trucking or Transportation industry, or a related Logistics environment, is highly preferred.
