Human Resources Manager

I’m partnering with a growing company to identify a skilled Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations across a multi-state workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals

✔ Lead full-cycle recruitment and talent initiatives

✔ Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development

✔ Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff

✔ Ensure compliance across multiple states

✔ Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance management

✔ Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR operations

✔ Enhance HR policies, processes, and workplace culture

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HR management experience (multi-state experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office

• Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM certification a plus
