  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Support current and future business needs through people development, motivation, engagement
  • Manage talent recruitment, selection and onboarding process
  • Support individual smart goals setup and manage performance review process to drive high performance
  • Talent management, map the requirements of business needs, assess the talents and identify improvement plans if needed; build and maintain successor plan for key seats
  • Assess training needs based on business demands and follow up on training program implementation
  • Ensure LRN is updated with new employee information for new hires, delete terminated employees, make sure all employees are compliant with training requirements by due date and train employees in a classroom setting for those that do not have email addresses
  • Build teamwork, performance driven and continuous improvement culture
  • Administer payroll through Empeo, benefits, corporate events, communication and teambuilding activities
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management system
  • Prepare monthly Thailand HR report of all activities for submission to head office
  • Full spectrum of Payroll management function such as collect & checking data, payroll processing, payment and summary report (Month-End, Year-End, Tax, Social Security Fund, etc.).
  • Responsible for compliance with corporate policies, government regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Legal & outside communication; Keep compliance with labor law, legal requirements, company regulation & policies, Liaise and manage all affairs with Labor office, SSF, IEAT and other.
  • Employee relation: conduct and monitor in effective handing employee relation, company activities, internal communication
  • To manage visa, work permit and related documents for foreigner employees.
  • To manage the administrative job such as canteen, transportation, Uniform, facility service, housekeeper.
