Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a nonprofit organization located in Worcester, MA seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team.

About the Opportunity with the Organization:


  • Assisting people experiencing homelessness, this nonprofit has assisted almost 100,000 people transition into housing

  • Founded over 30 years ago in Massachusetts, they now have operations in all six New England States and locations in the Midwest

  • They offer a variety of services including transitional care, long-term programs, and employment training



Responsibilities Expected of the Human Resources Manager:


  • Oversee three HR administrators whose work includes:

    • Talent acquisition

    • Onboarding/employee benefits

    • Employee training and development



  • Handle preliminary employee relations concerns

  • Assist with policy development and implementation



Background Expected of the Human Resources Manager:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or experience equivalent (+4 years of experience)

  • 6+ years of experience in an HR role with 3+ years in a supervisory role and 2+ years with an organization with 300+ employees

  • SHRM certification or experience in Paylocity is a plus but not required


Salary Range:
$85,000 - 100,000 depending on experience
