What you'll do:Lead and support HR Representatives through training, guidance, policy interpretation, and standardized HR workflows across facilities.Conduct HR audits and maintain accurate employee personnel files in compliance with regulatory requirements.Coordinate onboarding processes, including E-Verify and employment eligibility verification.Partner with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing, including employment verifications and garnishments.Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, deductions, COBRA, open enrollment, invoice reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.Manage FMLA and employee leave programs, including tracking, documentation, and compliance.Support HR projects and initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture.Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote facility services, strengthen community awareness, and support census growth.Create promotional materials, manage advertising efforts, and oversee marketing budgets and media use.Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations.Track and analyze census trends, admissions, discharges, inquiries, and referral sources while monitoring customer satisfaction and supporting facility image enhancement.Represent the facility at community events, presentations, and public speaking engagements while maintaining strict confidentiality of resident and facility information and performing additional duties as assigned.What we offer:Competitive hourly pay based on experience 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options Generous paid time off (PTO) Up to $500 per month in nursing school tuition reimbursement What we're looking for:High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.Four or more years of progressive HR experience required.Experience in skilled nursing, healthcare, or multi-site environments strongly preferred; one year of skilled nursing marketing experience preferred.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across multiple locations.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with professionalism and empathy.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.Proficient with computers and related software systems; experience with medical terminology, billing, and data entry preferred.Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to support various facility and operational needs.Ability to lift, push, or pull 25-50 lbs. unassisted and sit or stand for extended periods.Adequate vision and hearing, with or without assistive devices, to perform essential job duties.Ability to work in a healthcare environment with potential exposure to body fluids and communicable diseases.Why us:Our HR Generalists care for a geriatric population that depends on consistent, knowledgeable, and compassionate care.
