The Human Resources Office Work Study student will assist with the daily needs of the office.

Department: Human Resources
Location: HR Office in the back of College Park Hall

Supervisor: Jennifer Blessing

Hours/Shifts Available: Daytime hours; Mon-Fri

Rate of Pay: $9.70/hr

Number of Positions available: 1

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answer phones and assist visitors to the office

  • Scan and file paperwork into employee electronic files

  • Compile new hire orientation materials

  • Run errands on campus

  • Assist in preparation of materials for functions and assist at functions, as available

  • Assist with other projects

Qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential

  • Prior office experience preferred

  • Reliability and good communication skills helpful
