.The Human Resources Office Work Study student will assist with the daily needs of the office.

Location: HR Office in the back of College Park Hall
Supervisor: Jennifer Blessing
Hours/Shifts Available: Daytime hours; Mon-Fri
Rate of Pay: $9.70/hr
Number of Positions available: 1
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer phones and assist visitors to the office
Scan and file paperwork into employee electronic files
Compile new hire orientation materials
Run errands on campus
Assist in preparation of materials for functions and assist at functions, as available
Assist with other projects
Qualifications:
Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
Prior office experience preferred
Reliability and good communication skills helpful
