As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an HR professional who will help us build, support, and strengthen our team.

Position Overview

The HR Officer/Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about creating a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding)

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies

• Assist with scheduling, attendance, and payroll coordination

• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives

• Handle HR inquiries and coordinate with management for updates

• Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HR or administrative support (home health or healthcare setting preferred)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• HR-related education or certification is a plus
