We are seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator to join us and support the Human HR team at a leading healthcare facility located in the Yonkers/Westchester Area.

Professional work environment along with an opportunity to advance your career in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position is a key role on the HR team, with direct accountability for managing and delivering on the entire employee onboarding lifecycle.

Key responsibilities will include maintaining timely and daily communication among candidates, managers, key leaders and vendors regarding all steps within the onboarding process; maintain and update management reporting to provide real-time updates to key leaders and executives; identify any trouble areas; and manage the overall administrative and compliance requirements for the organization.

We are interested in speaking with candidates with 1-3 years' HR experience, including excellent customer service and relationship building skills, strong teamwork along with excellent attention to detail follow-up skills. Proficiency in HRIS tools like ADP, Kronos, or similar platforms, as well as Microsoft Office – specifically excel skills at the intermediate level. College degree is a plus; prior experience in a healthcare environment strongly preferred.

Starting rate of pay is $26-$28 per hour DOE.
