The Human Resources Operations Manager supports the HR Director in leading and executing human resources initiatives within a fast-growing organization, with a primary focus on employee relations, leave management, workers' compensation, and ADA compliance. This role is responsible for administering and coordinating all aspects of employee leave programs, workplace accommodations, and workers' compensation claims while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. This role serves as a strategic and operational partner providing day-to-day HR support across multiple locations. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in employee relations, employment law compliance, leave administration (FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and state leave laws), performance management, and HR operations.
This position is highly collaborative and requires a proactive HR Professional who can balance tactical execution with strategic partnership. Incumbent will help foster a positive, inclusive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture while supporting employees and managers through all stages of the employee lifecycle.

What you'll do
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
7+ years of progressive HR experience in an HR Generalist, HR Manager, People Operations, or similar role, preferably within a manufacturing, technology, or fast-paced corporate environment.
Strong working knowledge of:
FMLA
ADA accommodations and interactive process
Workers' compensation
Federal, state, and local employment laws
Employee relations best practices
Experience supporting employee relations matters and various types of leaves.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively handle a broad range of interpersonal contacts, including those at a higher level and those sensitive in nature.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
