North Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville, Florida. While we’re often referred to as a nursing home, to our residents and staff, we are so much more. HUMAN RESOURCES/PAYROLL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quickly learn company’s working structure, culture,
policies and strategies.
Partner with other functional areas to accomplish
objectives.
Read, interpret, analyze and apply information
Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and
assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a
fast-paced work environment.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing at
all levels of the organization.
Work independently as well as collaboratively within a
team environment
Articulate reasoning behind actions to Director and
other management personnel.
Provide a high level of customer service and drive
customer service orientation to staff.
Maintain strictest confidentiality.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships
across the organization.
HUMAN RESOURCE/PAYROLL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
1 + Year Human Resources Experience REQUIRED
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
discretion, and diplomacy.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to
detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related
software.
Update records of new staff.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Compile, organize and maintain documents that tracks
all benefits, renewal dates, contacts, and other relevant information.
Ensure terminated employees are removed from CHRC
timely.
