Opportunity:
The HR Payroll & Records Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of payroll, HRIS data management, and HR administrative duties. This position serves as the primary point of contact for payroll processing while ensuring accurate employee records, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service.
Working closely with the HR Manager and VP of People & Culture, this role supports the employee lifecycle from hire through separation and contributes to a positive employee experience through timely communication, attention to detail, and responsive service. The successful candidate is someone who enjoys serving employees and managers with professionalism and empathy, is highly organized and detail-oriented, can manage multiple deadlines with accuracy, takes ownership of payroll administration, maintains strict confidentiality, and builds positive working relationships across the organization.
