    Job Description

    Hillcrest – a top-rated skilled nursing facility in the Triangle, is looking for a Human Resources Payroll Specialist with strong administrative, organizational and time management skills.  If you have prior human resources payroll experience and are longing for a stable, honest place to work, this job is for you!
     
    Job Duties Include:
    • Serve as an on-site HR representative at the facility
    • Manage all functions required for payroll in both Raleigh and Durham locations 
    • Maintain excellent attention to detail 
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as related to human resources
    • Assist in coordination of staff appreciation events
    • Perform other duties as directed by Director of Human Resources
     
    Qualifications:
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent 
    • Must be available to work full time Monday - Friday
    • Must have ability to travel between Raleigh and Durham 
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and similar computer and internet based programs
    • Prior payroll experience required
