Human Resources Generalist
Region 9 School District is seeking a highly organized, technology-savvy, and collaborative Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources Department. This newly created position is part of a strategic departmental reorganization designed to strengthen HR operations, enhance employee support, and support the successful implementation of our new ADP and Red Rover platforms.
The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with the Director of Human Resources to support recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance tracking, HR systems management, reporting, and employee lifecycle processes. This position will also serve as a cross-trained backup to the Payroll Clerk to ensure operational continuity.
