Position Title: Contract Experienced Recruiter
Position Overview:

In this role as a Contract Recruiter on the Experienced Recruiting team, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment including proactive candidate research and sourcing, talent pipelining and on-going partnership with our hiring leaders and HR Business Partners. Reporting to the Manager of Experienced recruitment, you will manage a full life-cycle recruiting desk, supporting various functions and business segments in North America.
Key Accountabilties:
- You will develop and use a variety recruiting techniques to build and engage networks, assess and hire top-of-class talent to meet business hiring goals
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for tough to fill roles and locations
- Be a thought partner with HR and hiring leaders to establish plans, define strategies, and deliver solutions that redefine the way we recruit
- Act as an advocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring journey; establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through, resulting in best-in-class candidate and client experience
- Proactively remain current on business and recruiting trends, shifts in talent pools and personas, compensation and other relevant trends
- Success will be driven by your ability to foster an environment of continuous improvement in finding the finest candidates through creative sourcing and emerging recruitment practices.
- Execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing and interview process management.
- Develop diversity and inclusion strategies in partnership with business hiring leaders
- Acts as community member through hackathons, meetups, conferences and manage end to end recruitment processes
- Communicates and embodies a clear and distinctive value proposition and a digital talent go-to-market strategy that evolves as the market changes
- Manages a full recruitment desk, in support of on-going hiring needs
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and 6+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing (name generation, cold calling) and full life cycle recruiting
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships with a specific focus on full-cycle recruiting
- Past Supply Chain (Corporate & Field) Sales/Marketing and Data Science/Technical Recruiting experience including sourcing, assessment, networking, job analysis and attracting and recruiting diverse skills sets and background.
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing and interview process management.
- ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
- Strong client service skills: positive, pro-active and team-oriented with a high level of personal performance standards, professionalism, self-insight and perseverance.
- Strong credible influence and sound judgement required.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational, documentation and follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
