Pay: $17-$20/hour depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Greet applicants, employees, and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Help process applications and maintain applicant records
- Perform data entry and maintain organized employee files
- Support HR staff with administrative and clerical tasks
- Schedule interviews and assist with general office coordination
