SUMMARY
Assist both the Recipient Rights and Human Resources department with tracking and file upkeep by performing the following duties:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have exceptional computer skills; e-mail, excel, and word. System Set up experience is preferred. Typing Speed of 45 WPM.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Experience with keeping logs and tracking information is beneficial to this position.
Must maintain human resources related confidentiality. Must possess the interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with staff throughout the agency and individuals from outside the agency. This includes the ability to present information and ideas with a high degree of effectiveness, both orally and in writing. Excellent organizational skills are required. Must have the ability to remain impartial while conducting investigations.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
May be required to attend out of county meetings and job fairs.
