Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday Location: Bowling Green, KY What You'll Do - Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions
- Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and ATS records
- Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and job offers
- Lead new hire onboarding and orientation
- Support employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives
- Monitor attendance and assist with corrective action documentation
- Support continuous improvement, safety, and plant initiatives
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications - 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems
- High attention to detail
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
