Position Summary

The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical positions within our home health organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring adequate staffing levels to support quality patient care and organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions including field and office staff

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach)

• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring interviews

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company hiring policies

• Facilitate background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements

• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment metrics

• Support onboarding and new hire orientation processes
