Human Resources Recruiter - Jacksonville, FL - Contract - $40-50 per HR
Join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment as a Human Resources Recruiter. Based in Jacksonville, FL, this contract role involves full-cycle recruitment for front office roles across North America and Latin America. You will lead sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation to attract top talent in these markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from initial briefing through offer acceptance for front office positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective sourcing plans.
- Source and screen candidates through social media and professional networks.
- Advise hiring managers on talent acquisition strategy and candidate selection.
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer process with clear rationale on compensation and terms.
Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of recruitment experience, including full-cycle hiring for client-facing roles.
- Experience in a large, complex financial services organization.
- Proven ability as a trusted advisor within a consultative recruiting model.
- Track record of sourcing talent through digital networking channels.
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
