Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Recruiter. This role is responsible for facilitating full cycle talent acquisition initiatives at Cedarbrook of Bloomfield Hills, Cedarbrook of Northville, and Cedarbrook of Rochester.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides high volume recruitment initiatives including sourcing and prescreening applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the pre-employment screening process.
• Facilitates onboarding initiatives including orientation for new employees both in-person and online.
• Provides assistance with coordinating open interviews and job fairs.
• Assists with facilitating exit interviews and collaborates with the HR Director on developing and implementing employee retention initiatives.
• Provides Human Resources support.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Prior high volume recruitment experience required preferably in the Healthcare industry
• Previous experience working in Human Resources
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Compelling presentation skills
• Strong MS Office experience
