What You Will Do:
This position supports the Human Resources department in executing full-cycle recruiting and onboarding activities for staff and adjunct faculty across the institution. Reporting to the Director of Employment, this position serves as a key point of contact for hiring departments, applicants, and new employees, ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced higher education environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (preferred), or equivalent mix of experience and education (High school diploma or GED and 5 years of experience, or Associate's degree and 3 years of experience, directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified)
Minimum of one year of experience working in Human Resources, Recruiting or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, employees, faculty, and institutional stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfort learning and working within HR and Applicant technology systems (i.e. iCIMS, Banner, Taleo, Workday, etc.).
Flexibility and ability to adapt to change, ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to reach well-reasoned conclusions based on evidence.

The salary range of the grade for this position is $21.88 to $30.64 per hour (typical workweek is 37.5 hours). Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. Offers are based on multiple factors permitted by law, including but not limited to: budgetary considerations, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, market considerations, tenure and standing with the university (applicable to current employees), and internal equity.
