Human Resources/Recruiting Manager

This person will be the Human Resources and Recruiting Manager for a three shift approximately 100 employee warehouse. This person needs to have experience recruiting and hiring people in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or other high-volume hourly environment and needs to be able to create an environment where people want to stay. This person will run full-cycle hiring for the entire building: shipping and receiving managers, leads and supervisors, forklift and reach truck operators, unloaders, order pickers, and inventory specialists. That means sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and hiring. Create an onboarding process that gets a new hire productive fast and keeps them coming back and engaged. This person will need to be present on the floor and be known and approachable so that problems can be solved before they become bigger issues. Fluency in Spanish would be a big plus.
