Human Resources Representative

Summary:

• Location: Carlisle, PA
• Duration: 6 Months
• Mon-Fri 8-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide Human Resources support and services to six non-union facilities.
• Handle employee relations and HR administration.
• Assist in recruiting and hourly production recruiting.
• Address employee questions and concerns.
• Provide guidance to supervisors on policy and program compliance.
• Engage in employee engagement activities.
• Manage filing and records retention.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Confidentiality and integrity.
• Self-starter, motivated, and independent worker.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and embrace change.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Kronos.
