Human Resources Representative

• Process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Verify invoice approvals and coding before processing
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies 
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and account status
• Maintain organized electronic and paper accounts payable files
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are current and avoid late fees
• Enter and maintain vendor records in the accounting system
• Assist with credit card reconciliations and expense reporting
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience doing Accounts Payable or accounting preferred
• Accounting software knowledge such as Quickbooks
• Organization, attention to detail and time management skills are a must
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and management
• Must meet requirements for criminal background clearance and drug testing policies
