Job Responsibilities

• Conduct phone screens and site tours
• Manage employee relations and HR administration
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding hourly production staff
• Address employee questions and concerns
• Provide guidance to supervisors on policy and program compliance
• Coordinate employee engagement activities
• Maintain filing and records retention

Requirements

• 2-5 years of HR experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong confidentiality and integrity
• Self-motivated and independent worker
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Ability to lead and embrace change

Preferences

• Experience with Kronos

This is a full-time, on-site position located in beautiful Carlisle, PA. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
