We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP, Kronos, HR compliance, and preparing employee offer letters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute offer letters and other employment documents.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy in ADP.
  • Administer timekeeping and attendance using Kronos.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR policies.
  • Support new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Assist with employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
  • Support audits and HR reporting as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ADP HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Experience using Kronos for time and attendance.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and HR best practices.
  • Experience preparing and managing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
