In this essential role, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our services, providing crucial support to our department in delivering exceptional client service and maintaining our commitment to excellence.
Position Summary
The Human Resources Specialist performs a wide range of human resources functions in collaboration with the HR team to support the employee lifecycle across the firm. This position is responsible for managing the HR onboarding process for new hires, including pre-employment activities, new hire orientation for selected departments, HR systems administration, and required employment documentation. The Human Resources Specialist serves as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provides administrative support for HR operations, policies, and employee records.
