About the Opportunity

LHH is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to support a technology organization in Austin. This individual will play a key role in employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.

• Serve as a resource for employee HR-related questions.

• Administer benefits and maintain HR records within the HRIS.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

• Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teams.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain workforce data.

• Assist with leave administration and payroll-related processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience.

• Experience supporting multiple HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, onboarding, and compliance.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $38.00 per hour
