Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our HR functions and ensuring a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, expertise in various HR processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This position involves a balance of employee benefits management, employee relations, compliance, and general HR support, making it a key component in driving our HR initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on various HR matters, providing guidance and support to resolve concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Facilitate employee relations initiatives, addressing issues such as employee disputes, performance challenges, and team dynamics to foster a positive work environment.
  • Conduct routine assessments of compensation structures, benefits offerings, and overall HR processes to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
  • Support talent acquisition and onboarding efforts, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition and a clear understanding of their roles and benefits.
  • Stay current on employment laws and HR regulations to ensure compliance in all HR activities, including labor law, leave policies, and safety standards.
  • Develop and deliver communication materials that educate employees on HR policies, benefits, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records and reports, including benefits enrollments, policy updates, and performance evaluations.
  • Lead or assist with HR projects as assigned, ranging from employee engagement initiatives to process improvement projects.
Experience:
  • Human resources: 5 years (Required)
  • Employee relations: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Employee Benefits: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 5 years (Required)
