ASR International is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our corporate headquarters team in Hauppauge, New York. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to play a key role in supporting a growing workforce while partnering closely with employees, managers, and company leadership.
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration of human resources programs and employee lifecycle activities across the organization. Key responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management support, compliance, employee recordkeeping, and HR program administration.
Serving as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, the Human Resources Specialist helps ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and committed to providing exceptional employee support while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on HR role focused on operational excellence, employee engagement, and compliance, making it well-suited for an experienced HR Generalist seeking to expand their responsibilities and grow their career within a dynamic federal government and defense contracting organization.
