The Human Resources Specialist (Human Resource Development) designs and manages programs associated with organizational and individual learning and career progression programs with direction from the Deputy HRC Director (training, Quality Assurance, & Data Analytics) and The Training, QA, & Data Analytics Training Chief based on the needs of the staff and functional officials.
