Distinguishing Characteristics:
This class differs from the Human Resources Specialist I in that the Human Resources Specialist II independently performs assignments of moderate difficulty in one or more of the functional areas of human resources management; whereas the Human Resources Specialist I performs selected assignments, under close supervision, requiring some application of the principles, techniques, and concepts pertinent to the functional areas assigned.
This class differs from the Human Resources Specialist III in that the Human Resources Specialist II independently performs assignments of moderate difficulty in one or more of the functional areas of human resources management; whereas the Human Resources Specialist III independently performs the full range and variety of assignments pertinent to one or more of the functional areas of human resources management.Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
