Job Duties and Responsibilities:
This position requires that the employee perform all essential duties as assigned by Human Resources Management which shall include the following:
- Coordinates the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and facilitating pre-employment requirements.
- Handles on-boarding paperwork.
- Participates in special HR projects, process improvement initiatives and performs other duties as assigned.
- Maintains strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information and organizational data.
- Maintains an efficient system of filing involving employee and company records.
- Serves as back-up for other team members.
- Such other duties and assignments that shall be made from time to time to employee from any member of the Company's management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (equivalent combination of education and relevant HR experience may be considered).
- Experience supporting multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, and onboarding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must possess good telephone skills using appropriate telephone business etiquette, etc.
- Report to work on time as required by schedule.
