Summary
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for providing operational HR support through the HR Support Center, with primary focus on teammate onboarding, new hire processing, rehires, transfers, and teammate data administration. The teammate in this role serves as a key partner in ensuring a seamless teammate experience by coordinating HR transactions, maintaining accurate teammate records, supporting onboarding activities, and responding to teammate and manager inquiries. This teammate is highly organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
Special Hours Required:
This position requires availability for a rotating Saturday shift (4 hours) as part of the regular schedule, along with extended hours during the holiday season. Specific scheduling details will be reviewed during the interview process.
